Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notification must include:

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States).
